Bronchospasm...: After bronchitis infections, bronchospasm can occur due to inflammation in the airways. Bronchodilator inhalers as well as steroid inhalers can help with this. If your shortness of breath is worsening, then see your doctor ASAP or go to the ER. Vocal cords can become inflamed from the coughing associated w/ bronchitis which may explain laryngitis. Steroids can also cause hoarseness. See your doc!
