A member asked:

Are premolars supposed to fall out or is it permanent already??

Premanent: At 35 you may have either a 2 or 3 year baby molar, with no underlying permanent premolars, that just now is falling out. Or you may have a permanent premolars with adjacent gum/bone disease, cyst, or neoplasm. Please see a Dentist who will take appropriate x-ray's to be able to properly advise you.
