No, ma'am: Avoid cough & cold medications in children under 6 years old. All NyQuil products contain sedating antihistamines, hypnotics or alcohol, so they are not recommended for anyone under age 18.

No: I do not advise giving drugs of any kind to induce sleep for infants and young children. If your 20 months infant is having trouble sleeping the best thing to do is to consult with the baby's pediatrician as there may be something correctable that is interfering with a normal sleeping pattern for this child.
