A menstrual diary: Keep a menstrual diary. Continue the pills especially if: a) this is your first pack of pills and you had a history of not getting your period then these pills helped you get one b)this is not your first pack and you are on the placebo pills your cycke is right on schedule c)you have an irregular cycle stopping then will confuse your body more
