Possibilities: Include referred pain to your lower jaw from the upper. Sinus issues often affect upper teeth and sometimes that pain can seem like it is coming from someplace else like your lower jaw or elsewhere. It could also be that you have a bad cold along with independent dental issues. Get a thorough dental exam to understand the root causes of your discomfort and develop a treatment plan to address it.

Acute Sinusitis: If you have sinusitis you may feel generally unwell and have a jaw pain and facial pain. Many sinus infections improve without treatment. If concerned, see your GP for eval.
