Separation visualize: I suspect it means they found a separtion diving it into to separate adjacent portions. I am not familiar to this designtion.

I had a CT scan about a month ago that showed a 3.5cm cyst on my spleen. Today, I went for an ultrasound to see if the cyst had changed sizes, but I was told that the ultrasound showed no cyst. Can splenic cysts disappear this quickly?
I'm 38 & during a CT scan for a gyno issue, it showed a cyst on my spleen w/ peripheral calcification. They insisted it's probably from trauma & to ignore but I've never had any accidents or trauma to the area ever. What else could cause this?
Sent to ER for 105F fever, CT discovered fatty liver (non alcoholic), 18CM spleen, and 3CM splenic cyst. Cause of fever unknown, broke after 8 days (thought to be viral, fever decreased). Should I be concerned about the cyst? No known trauma prior.
What does this mean for the gallbladder from CT report: the liver, spleen, pancreas, etc are all normal. The gallbladder is identified?
