Sounds fine: Vaginal suppositories are ok for virgins and non-virgins. Likewise, tampons are ok for virgins and non-virgins. The same goes for ultrasound probes and doctors' examinations. Not having sex before merely means the patient might be a little tighter at the opening, and she might not be as used to having an object go in (unless she's a tampon user), but makes no difference medically.
