You don't have HIV: Oral sex is etremely low risk for HIV, almost zero. Can't tell if condom was for oral or vaginal sex, but in any case no significant risk. And myalgias would never be the only symptom of a new HIV infection. But the main question here is your HIV test result. Presumably you were tested, right? if not, do it now -- expect negative results. This has nothing to do with vitamin D. Good luck!
