I have this mole under my arm (in my armpit)... i haven't had it all my life, but i've had it for about 5 years now. it is now growing something underneath and is very painful and swollen. and it hurts whether i touch it or not. what should i do?

See a doctor: a mole that react this way needs to be checked unless you did irritated by squeezing or scratching, then it will get better if you keep your hands off. go and see a doctor for a peace of mind.

Remove It!: When any skin lesion becomes irritative it should be removed. The Physician may want to biopsy it prior to removal. Please get this looked after. Hope all goes well.

Evaluation: Keep the area moist. You can use Vaseline or any other cream for burn victims. I strongly recommend evaluation by your primary physician. Hope this helps.
