if i wiggle my hips side to side my body forces me to make a panting noise. i can breathe at the same time while this noise happens. normal?

Normal: I think the noise is just due to rubbing of muscle against organs, fascia or other muscle inside the thoracic cavity. Trying to reproduce this sound repeatedly could irritate the involved body parts, but unlikely to be very harmful.
