Will not hurt: If it is during the day and you are tired because of lack of sleep the night before, exercise can be helpful as can hydration. You don't want to nap long (< 10 minutes okay) because you don't want to rebound into deep sleep. Exercise will help release awake chemicals and help you sleep better that night.
