Needs examination: Any white lesions in the mouth should be evaluated immediately. That said, gum tissue on the cheek side of bottom back teeth can be relatively thin and appear whiter that adjacent tissues, or erupting wisdom teeth can stretch overlying gum tissue. See your Dentist for a differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
