Nonspecific findings: Unfortunately, the phrase is very nonspecific. It can be seen from anything from normal aging to actual disease conditions. You should see a neurologist to determine if the findings seen on your MRI are relevant to your symptoms. It's also helpful to compare any previous MRI's of the brain you may have to do this new one. Stability of findings, in general, more likely predicts something benign.
