The leukocytes: may represent a bladder infection! Ask your OB-GYN who may want to do a urine culture! Hope this helps! Dr Z

UTI: a urine test with large leukocytes is indicative of an infection. A confirmatory microscopic evaluation of your urine could be done and then a culture to see if indeed there is an infection. In my practice I would usually treat pending the culture results if the microscopic exam of the urine was positive.
