A member asked:

What is the day to day variability of gamma globulin levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't know: I don't know because there can be considerable variability so we normally don't monitor immunoglobulins so closely. Especially IgG can vary by multiples in response to an infection but I'm sure there will be some variation in samples taken even just minutes apart. Perhaps if provided a specific context I could give a better answer
