Lube helps: Trauma from sex can cause urinary pain which can certainly last for 3-5 days. If you're having a sensation of having to pee very frequently (but then nothing or very little comes out), or you feel you're not completely emptying your bladder, that would suggest a UTI rather than a simple injury and can be looked into and treated by a primary care doc.
