Not antifungal: Mupirocin, keflex and septra (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) aren't antifungals, those are antibiotics, topical and systemic. Miconazole cream though is the antifungal, it's OTC, needs at least 2 weeks of application, but you ultimately want to see your doctor, it might not be ring worm to start with, also if you have a pet at home, it needs to be taken care of, wish you all wellness.
