Confusing question: Group b strep is a common germ found in the female genital tract. It is transiently found in a third of women at any time during pregnancy & for them usually causes no problems. It is occasionally found as a cause of a urinary tract infection in females & blood poisoning or meningitis in newborns. Unless an adult had an immune defect, i don't see gbs as causing any major problem.
