Neck and Back: You have both neck and back problems. These are distinctly different issues that are both bothering you nonetheless. I would see a spine specialist to assess your issues and direct appropriate care.

Neck and leg pain: ... These pains are likely 2 different processes going on that are unrelated. If i had to guess, the neck pain is tmj-- see this handout for more info: http://www.Entnet.Org/healthinformation/tmj.Cfm the leg pain is something else, not sure if muscles spasms or otherwise. I would see your primary doctor for this first.
