Breast exam: After 40 an annual mammogram and breast exam are recommended. If you are not up to date schedule a visit to get this done. Any new breast symptoms should be evaluated by an exam

See a breast: Doc for an exam and you may need a breast ultrasound or mammogram depending on how old u are and what the doc thinks, sometimes it could be from something under the breats so go for an exam.
