I have a small lump on my inner upper thigh, i got them in my nipples at like the age of 14 and they went away and then i got them on my thighs before but they always go away i'm 20 now is it just something puberty related?

Yes and no: The lumps in the breast are puberty related but the ones in the thigh are not. If the lump in the thigh persist you need to see your doctor for dx and possible treatment.
