Very unusual: YOur story is quite unusual as you were diagnosed one month but found out four month later. Your treatment is very erratic and is playing with fire. YOu need to see a gyn doctor and be treated appropriately. If you do not get treatment you may wind up with scarred tube and not be able to conceive.

And then what?: Be sure you're not dealing with reinfection vs lack of cure, all partners must be treated simultaneously and proper safety standards followed by each individual to avoid repeated exposure.
