Marks?: Hives? Are you allergic? See MD/DO for allergy evaluation. TMJ pain often too severe for Tylenol (acetaminophen) to hide. Pain Meds mask symptoms, but don't cure the cause. For relief you have to find out why joint is painful and treat the cause. A bottle of pills from the drug store won't do it. See your Dentist...you need professional help.

Allergy to NSAIDs?: The normal alternative is Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain only and COX-2 (Celebrex) as anti-inflammatory.
