What goal do you: have in mind? Optimal pleasure? Impregnation? While not hard science, these are some thoughts: men have peak sexual excitement in early morning hours, but not women. Women more interested mid-morning, but too busy in early afternoon. Mid-afternoon is good time for women's reproductive system and semen quality is good then: baby-making time! Men and women on same page about 8-10 pm, then sleepy:)
