BMI=16.2 & BMI%=27: In adults, we assess weight for height by calculating body mass index (BMI) regardless of gender or age. In adolescents, we calculate BMI percentile after taking into account gender & age (http://nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx?CalculatorType=Metric). Healthy weight is 5th-85th percentile while overweight is 85th-95th & obese is greater than 95th. Take her to GP for complete evaluation.

Agree with Dr. Lin: While her 27th% BMI is normal, review her growth charts with her doctor to see if there's been a downward trend. If she has chronic diarrhea & fatigue, she needs clinical evaluation labs for anemia, metabolic panel, etc., exams of her stool for infectious organisms, blood, etc., clean-catch urine with culture if + for bacteria & a review of her diet & sleep patterns.
