I have a pain in my right ovary, the pain is shooting down my leg, i am 1 week post lap op for endo and removal of a ovarian fossa. it is so painful?

Talk to your doc: Likely this is related to the surgery, but you need to talk to your surgeon. Probably this is just inflammation from the surgery. However there could be things like a blood clot, infection, swelling/edema that cause this as well. Talk to your doc.
