Phimosis: Your foreskin is still too tight to retract when you are erect, but can do so when flaccid. You should clean your penis daily, and always remember to "reduce" your foreskin afterwards. Your may want to consider a formal circumcision for hygiegenic reasons; as well as to reduce your risk of a paraphimosis.
