Been on 100 mg sertraline 4 weeks, had internal tremors and shakes all day, is this a sx and will it pass ?

Side-effects: Your symptoms seem like a side effects of Sertraline. I would ask your doc, who prescribe it. It would be better to decrease the dosage and see if tremors decreases or resolve. If it does, then I would titrate very slowly to a prescribed dose.
