Im 4weeks pregnant and im suffering hypertension what should i do to avoid hypertensions on my pregnancy cycle?

Hypertension: You should try to remain active and watch salt intake. If you have underlying hypertension though, it may be inevitable that you need treatment for hypertension.

Preg and HTN: You most likely had HTN before pregnancy if you have it this early. There are many causes and you need to see an OB who specializes in high risk pregnancy which you are now. There is great risk to you and to baby with HTN during pregnancy. Do not delay.
