Yes You Can: Yes you can as long as you control your Blood Pressure with prescribed Medications and follow up with your Obdtetrician for Prenatal Care with regular check ups etc.And follow proper diet as adviced

Yes: Work closely with your doctor to insure that your hypertension is well controlled. Avoid tobacco, caffeine, alcohol, illicit drugs ; unnecessary medications. Remain physically active and eat healthfully. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Take your prenatal vitamins and keep all prenatal appointments. Take care.
