A member asked:

I know you do not put soap inside vagina. but what is best soap/body wash for outside area? castile soap? just water isn't good enough for me

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No need to change...: There is no need to change soaps when showering. A woman or girl can just use the same mild shower soap that she washes everywhere else with, and just gently rub the places between the big labia and her thighs, and between the big labia and her small inner labia, and around the clitoris. That should gently remove excess oils (sebum) and stuff. Of course, "over-cleaning" can lead to rashes.
