Stay with 1 partner.: If you got the Gardasil vaccine, you have some immunity to the HPV strains 6,11,16, and 18. There are many, many other strains that are not in the vaccine. The 4 strains in the vaccine cause most of the cervical cancer problems, but the vaccine has been improved, and now contains 9 strains. So, if a person is UNABLE to have safe sex, limited to one partner, she can ask her doctor about Gardasil-9.
