No worries: If you are 2+ months post partum and received the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Irregular bleeding in that situation is normal. Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a progesterone only device that has abnormal bleeding as its most common side effect.
