White spot: An examination is needed to determine the exact cause of the white spot. If it can be wiped off then you may be seeing some vaginal yeast which is common after antibiotics. There are several issues that cause lesions at the urethra. Once an Obgyn can visualize it they should be able to give you a good answer.
