Nothing: Abnormal bleeding is a common side effect of all forms of hormonal contraception, especially the progestin-only ones like Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone). Although this bleeding is rarely dangerous, women find it worrisome and frequently discontinue hormonal contraception because of it. There is no antidote that reverses these effects. You will have for the effects of the drug to wear off as the levels decline.
