Where discharge?: if vaginal discharge, suggest rule out pregnancy if applicable and seek MD ASAP, as could represent possible infection. More urgent if abdominal pain/fever/blood. If rectal discharge/stool seepage, would also seek MD to find treatable causes e.g. commonly lactose intolerance from milk/milk products, diet drinks, corn syrup/high fructose/caffeine, but other causes possibly warranting workup
