NGU: You DO have an STD. Almost every penile discharge is an STD, especially at your age. You probably have nongonococcal urethtirs (NGU). Being tested for STDs probably means gonorrhea and chlamydia tests, but half of all NGU isn't due to these. You still need treatment with antibiotic, and so do your sex partner(s). Hair loss is an entirely separate problem.
