To find pediatric: surgical specialists who evaluate chest wall deformities to determine the need for surgical repair + other pediatric specialists in pulmonology, cardiology & genetics, the family has to travel to a major teaching or tertiary care center like Aga Khan & Abbasi Shaheed Hospitals in Karachi or Jinnah, Mayo & Institute of Children Hospitals in Lahore. I don't know the referral system there.
