Not likely: It's very doubtful that pathogens would survive a mail transportation from pa. To nj. Also very brief exposure to the envelop or its contents wouldn't allow much chance of transmission of contagious disease. If you have further concerns or are not feeling well, consult your physician.

No hanta worries: First - from 1993 when Hantavirus surveillance began in the US until JAN 2017 (latest data I could find) there were no Hantaviruses reported to the CDC from NewJersey. “The virus does not remain active for long once outside of its host -- less than 1 week outdoors and a few hours when exposed to direct sunlight.” REF: https://www.ccohs.ca/oshanswers/diseases/hantavir.html
