Already conclusive: The fourth generation HIV tests are conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last exposure. Any tests you did after 4 weeks were superfluous. You did not acquire HIV during the sexual exposure you are concerned about and do not need any more testing. However, if you are not in the care of an HIV specialist or prevention expert, you could do that and follow his or her advice. Good luck.
