200mg fluconazole it's been 24 hours no relief. had yeast infection last week that went away with 150 but had sex and it came back this week. why ?

Recurrent yeast: First, are we sure it is yeast infection this time? If yes, many times symptoms not relieved as quickly with oral med vs topical. Also if second one or recurrent, underlying cause of this? Low immune system or diabetes?
