Early Pregnancy: If you have a positive pregnancy test you must be seen by an ob. You need access to health care, regardless of your plans for the pregnancy. It is very common to have spotting and even minor bleeding early in the pregnancy. The OB can determine if you have a viable pregnancy or not.
