No!: Never squeeze a lesion of any sort! What comes out is only a fraction of what is pushed deeper. Allow it to drain naturally and use warm compresses as needed. It is permissible to unroof a pimple (use a clean sterile needle) that has a white soft head to allow it to drain. If concerned please be seen by a physician.
