No: The baby fetus is too tiny at that stage of pregnancy. Nobody can feel the movements of the baby fetus when he or she is so tiny.

Pregnancy: A bit unusual at 8 weeks most women report movement at 18-20 weeks. However, women who have been pregnant tend to notice movement earlier because of their experience of being pregnant. Good luck with your pregnancy!
