DON'T SIT ON IT: This is not an eminent danger but is a treatable level of hypertension.You should call and advise him to cut out the salty junk food and get in to see a physician within a week.There is usually basic testing that needs to be done,but some changes in lifestyle and or medication is part of his near future.
