Have anorexia & depression , recently in hospital and feel more worthless, thinking that punishing myself for this by being in isolation. is this odd?

Well: It sounds like you're going through a really rough time right now ... Isolation generally only makes things worse as time goes on. I'd make an appointment with your psychiatrist and psychologist as soon as possible to sit down and talk to them. Partnering with your team offers you the best chance for success in the long term. Stay in treatment: Post-hospitalization can be a vulnerable time. Recovery needs to continue with therapy, medication monitoring/adjustments, forming new goals, understanding why you needed the hospital and how to go forwards. More support is often needed. Stay connected to your treating professionals, family and close friends. I hope this helps.
