Antipsychotics: Those are considerable doses of very potent (and rarely used) medications ... Which essentially work on the same systems in the brain, so I'm slightly puzzled why you'd need both. Nonetheless, the largest concern for me would be extrapyramidal side effects, weight gain, somnolence, prolactin changes and tardive dyskinesia. Talk to your psychiatrist continually ...
