Needs to be checked : Pain in hip can be caused by many causes . We don't have enough information to advice you.I suggest you consult your doctor. Your doctor will take detailed history like how bad is pain,how long,any history of trauma. Any associated symptoms like fever and more. You need a physical exam and if indicated may need blood test ,xrays and MRI etc to find the cause of the pain and treat appropriately
