Head Lump: Thats very unlikely. However, nothing in medicine is impossible. Most likely you are feeling a scalp lesion that is localized in the skin. If it is immobile then it may be attached to the bone and in that case you may need further workup. Please consult a physician who can examine you. Thank you.
