Hypothyroidism : You have classic signs of an underactive thyroid. Low blood cell volume (any other numbers to indicate anemia?) and high thyroid stimulating hormone. Thyroiditis needs ruled out as well. Your primary care physician should be able to diagnose and most likely treat with thyroid replacement medication.
